Have you ever considered purchasing an electric vehicle? Transport Scotland currently offers drivers in Scotland a loan of up to £50,000 to cover the purchase cost of a new plug-in electric vehicle.
This loan is available for both pure electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The repayment period can be spread out over 6 years and does not cover the purchase of second hand vehicles. The closing date for applications is the 31st March 2016 and applications are available with full terms and conditions here.
