Any issues encountered?

Extra radiators were fitted as it did not warm the house.  Eventually the Council sent in an engineer from Glasgow who put the machine in working order and stepped up the output (circulating water temperature) from 20 degrees up to 35 degrees Celsius.

Time from planning to installation?

No knowledge but from the time the council spoke to me till installation was months.  The first two pumps failed in rapid succession and this is the third pump

General Advice for those interested:

The system is good when well fitted and is economical

Would you recommend the technology?

Yes but only because it has moved on since this system was installed and it should have been improved
