Recycling in Lochaber
The Highland Council made changes to the local recycling service in 2015 with now even more materials being accepted in the blue household bins. Take a look at our video to find out what can and cannot be recycled in your blue household bin or have a read of the Highland Council’s recycling guide: http://www.highland.gov.uk/downloads/file/15024/household_guide and yes plastic bottle lids can be recycled- please put them in the blue bin loose!
If you are unsure what day your household recycling is to be uplifted check out the HC uplift calendar:http://www.highland.gov.uk/info/1063/rubbish_-_household_waste/133/putting_your_bin_out_for_collection
